[Zh-l10n] Chinese team; translation project

I am a social worker in Seattle, Washington, US. I work
with a large Mandarin speaking population. Our program and
clients could benifit greatly from a free or inexpensive

[Zh-l10n] gnupg-1.2.1 (99%, 2 untranslated)

the Chinese (traditional) language. Once the translation completed,
send the result to the address given below, using the Subject line:
