[Zh-l10n] KDE 3.1b2 中文翻譯 is SECURE

hi, kde 3.1b2 的翻譯門檻已經公布: kdelibs 75% 以上 kdebase 70% 以上由於許多朋友平日的努力, 我們這一次完全不需要緊急動員就已經過了門檻. 不過因此而鬆懈還是不行的, 平日有在努力的朋友人數還是有點少. 請大家加油 ^_^ 原真 ps. foka 你要不要這一兩週來 update 一下 HEAD 裡的 kdelib.po 呀 !
