Isn't xcin already an official part of Red Hat 7.3? You may install it from the Red Hat CD-ROMs. (Probably on the 2nd or the 3rd CD.)

BTW, xcin is used for _inputing_ Chinese. For _editing_ Chinese documents, you'll need a text editor or word processor. vim or AbiWord etc. could do the job. :-)
