多謝 taijuin 的行動，我想有個人願意做也比沒人做好。
以下是我個人的想法。
其實我想有個集中的討論中心就算是很不錯了。雖然有ubuntu 的 launchpad 論壇，
但是我覺得獨樂樂不如眾樂樂，既然都要翻譯了，不如大家一起享用這些成果。
另外資源集中的話，也不需要花太多精神，記下每個網址。
此外，我覺得使用介面應該要友善。對翻譯者友善，也要對單純的使用者友善。
我覺得與其完全仰賴一群翻譯者的努力，不如徵招所有願意提出貢獻的使用者
幫忙翻譯，特別是翻譯一些專業/冷門的程式。
最後延續第二點，我覺得如果這網站也有提供上繳翻譯的功能的話，網站可以
提供適當的開放性。剛開始接觸翻譯的時候，感覺很多說明文件講的都很嚴肅，
讓我很怕摧毀了前人的努力，這也讓我暫停了很久 (當然也有個人因素)。
但我覺得可以讓任何人自由地提供意見，好的可以接受，不好的可以忽略。
其實個人覺得 LaunchPad 的架構很不錯，任何人都可以提出翻譯意見，但只有
特定的翻譯人員可以通過或駁回建議，並且在做出裁決之前，翻譯不會有任何
更動。不過，如上面提到的，LaunchPad 上的翻譯並不會回饋給上游。另外
LaunchPad 只是個翻譯平台，除了用 mail list 之外，並沒有可以交流的方式。
我想這是大家想要改變的地方。
基本上我附和 Kevin Wei 的想法。不過也不能確定哪種平台可以提供這些功能。
