很高興知道 Keayi Cora 有意願進行 iso_639_3 的翻譯工作。
對於一般訊息條目較少的軟體，小組成員可直接提交成果而不需
事先取得分派。如果條目很多或是想長期維護，才需要取得分派
以避免與其他人的工作發生重複或衝突。
