Patrick, would you have `zh(a)li.org' forward into `zh-l10n(a)li.org.tw'? Doing so, messages sent to `zh(a)li.org' will be seen by `zh-l10n(a)li.org.tw' members. But if you also manage to send `zh-l10n(a)li.org.tw' into `zh(a)li.org', I presume loops might occur unless special dispositions are taken to avoid such problems. Could current `zh(a)li.org' members subscribe into `zh-l10n(a)li.org.tw'? > There is an interesting relationship between Mainland China & Taiwan. > I am afraid that if we change the address, some people would get upset > about that. Before that, I would stay on zh(a)li.org & zh-l10n(a)linux.org.tw. Things are not fully set up, currently in the Translation Project, for having many official addresses for a single team, but if it just cannot be avoided, I could dive into the robot code and try to manage something. Thing would be much simpler if we had a single official address for the team. May we try using the new email address for a while, and see how translators react? The address of the Chinese team is changing? I will presume this is what you want (please correct me if I misunderstood you). It is easy to change the team address. Normally, `zh(a)li.org' people should then be instructed about how to move over to the new list, but you likely took care of these things already? > I have asked Mr. Shyue to sned his DISCLAIMER. i18n 程式中文化計劃執行現況 2000-06-17 已完成工作: 1. 每天經由 CVS 自動從 Gnome, KDE mirror 所有的 PO 檔, 並辨認版本與自動更新資料庫中的相關紀錄. GNU 部分由於主站台沒有提供這種服務, 所以手動更新. 2. 對於紀錄為 "等待更新" 的檔案, 每週由系統自動寄發 E-Mail 給原翻譯者; 於電子郵件中並以附件夾帶的方式附上 merge 過的檔案. 3. 網站中提供工作檔案的下載, 對於已經翻譯過的套件重新 merge; 對於未翻譯過的套件使用 xlpotdb 自動翻譯. (請問 html 中是否可以對一個連結強制自動啟動下載, 弟設不出來說, 必須要使用者自己用 "另存新檔" 才會存檔) 4. 每天更新翻譯狀況的統計, 統計資料除各類軟體的百分比之外, 同時列出每個套件的翻譯狀況 (已翻譯數, 未翻譯數, 模糊翻譯數) 5. 位於 zh-l10n(a)linux.org.tw 的通訊論壇 (承中研院鄭原真大哥的建置) 6. 二個映射站台, 分別由 "17 實驗農場" 與 "大欣資訊" 提供, url為 http://i18n.shyue.idv.tw 與 http://shyue.sonoma.com.tw 7. 對於回送成果的部分, 目前已取得 KDE CVS Tree 的權限, GNU 部分目前仍以電子郵件的方式回送, Gnome 部分弟與 Gnome 方面聯絡過, 但沒有回應 🙁 不知哪位大大可以幫忙.... 8. 譯詞對照表, 這是以 xlpotdb 為基礎, 並加上教育部的譯詞表與所有 PO 檔的內容. 待完成工作: 1.
