[Zh-l10n] Chinese team; translation project

I sent an e-mail to the TP project and Martin referred me to your Chinese team. I am a social worker in Seattle, Washington, US. I work with a large Mandarin speaking population. Our program and clients could benifit greatly from a free or inexpensive translator program. Please, help point me in the right direction. Thank you so much!
