Okay. If he changes the directory name as well as the encoding I guess he will be safe. The old translation files will not be used and therefore the old files (in Big5) will not be read using UTF-8.
And what should the directory be named to (considering that we are about to switch to 3 letter codes anyway)? Anything else which will have to be adapted after the renaming?
