Okay. If he changes the directory name as well as the encoding I guess he
will be safe. The old translation files will not be used and therefore the
old files (in Big5) will not be read using UTF-8.

Hi,
I have converted all PO files into UTF-8
and committed into CVS.
I also fixed all format errors.
The files in CVS now should compile.
And we are working hard to translate
all the untranslated files.
Hopefully we can bring traditional Chinese
into KDE 2.2.1.
Now we have a new coordinator for our translation team,
Kenduest Lee <kenduest(a)i18n.linux.org.tw>
Could you help to open a CVS account for him?
