Dear THD and COOLO,
I am Jouston. I'm trying to translate kdelib.po into Trandistional Chinese in UTF-8 form. In the 275 section, there is a comment like this:
#### _: Dear translator, please do not translate this string in any form, but pick the _right_ value out of NoPlural/TwoForms/French.... If not sure what to do mail thd@kde.org and coolo@kde.org, they will tell you.
