Hi,

I have removed traditional Chinese translation of gnumeric for now; the reason is that gnumeric is basically useless for CJK people, and the translation is unmaintained. From the po file, the last translator is Pofeng Lee, but last updated time was Feb 1999. Currently no more than 7% of the entries are translated.

But don't worry, I have kept a copy; if anybody (esp. Pofeng Lee) objects to my action, I can restore it easily.
