[Zh-l10n] 請問 urpmi 有人在翻譯了嗎？

最近才看到小州提到 urpmi 有很多部分沒翻譯，我最近也剛好有空，所以想請問有沒有其他人要翻譯，如果沒有的話我想要把它接下來。不過這個檔之前是由 Andrew Lee 與 Joe Man 翻譯的，就這麼接下不知道會不會有問題，如果有人覺得不妥的話我就放棄了。 by Jau-Shiung Liau
