Please translate the remaining messages for the benefit of users of the Chinese (traditional) language. On Thu, 7 Mar 2002, Kenduest Lee wrote: > 目前我使用的的 gimp 為 gimp-1.2.3 版本。 > > 程式選單上，po 翻譯看起來是使用: > > "檔案&F"、"擴展&X"、"說明&H" > > 是不是改成使用: > > "檔案(&F)"、"擴展(&X)"、"說明(&H)" > > 這樣子會比較合適一點呢 :) 本來是使用括號的，是經特別考慮後才刪去括號。換句話說，我是特地這樣做的。原因如下：各位如果使用英文作為 locale，應該留意到，如果將所有 gimp tools 的方格安排成為 5x5 的方格，那麼當使用 12 或 14 的英文字體時，上面的選單是剛剛夠容納選單的所有英文字的。但中文不同。一個中文字有時比兩個英文字還要寬，再加上括號後，即使是使用 14x14 大小的中文 TTF (12x12 的 TTF 在沒有 anti-alias 的情況下幾乎看不到)，gimp 視窗的寬度最起碼也要 7 個方格才能顯示選單的全部中文字。現在刪去了括號，便將原來的 7 個方格縮減至 6 個。可惜的是始終無法整整齊齊地編排成 5x5 個方格。 Abel PS 有一點要致歉的，就是我在 1.2.3 版本前無法完成 100% 的翻譯檔 merging，因為我收到的數個翻譯檔用詞完全不統一，因此浪費了十分多的時間追查原文的意義和推敲用詞。再加上 gimp 的古怪用詞特多.... :(

Hi ~ 目前我使用的的 gimp 為 gimp-1.2.3 版本。程式選單上，po 翻譯看起來是使用: "檔案&F"、"擴展&X"、"說明&H" 是不是改成使用: "檔案(&F)"、"擴展(&X)"、"說明(&H)" 這樣子會比較合適一點呢 :) -- Best Regards, Kenduest Lee
